Erica and Jason married in May of 2013 after dating for 2 years. Jason brought his two amazing boys to the marriage and they became#teamclose from that day on. Jason is a Geologist at GHD and Erica works as a Senior Technical Product Owner GE Aviation IT. They both volunteer on weekends at Crossroads in Kids Club. Jason is a team captain for man camp and just came back from a trip to Gatlinburg to help families who's homes were destroyed in the wild fires. Erica speaks at the Mom's Group and Leadership201 at Crossroads and will be heading to India this fall to work with women and children who were rescued from the rape for profit industry. They currently are on the journey to add to their team and are working through that journey with a fertility specialist. This December they will finally accomplish the huge goal of becoming completely debt-free. To this day, they still enjoy playing sports together and having adventures with their children outdoors by camping and hiking.
Greg and Laura Benjamin married in October of 2006 after dating for 5 years. Greg had 2 children: Nicolette and Alec, from a previous marriage. Laura had a late miscarriage, but no children from her previous marriage. Greg and Laura attended and were married through the Vineyard Church, but began attending Crossroads at the beginning of 2007 and were baptized together there with their son, Alec. Greg works as a Software Designer and Laura is a previous supervisor for the Cincinnati Recreation Commission. Together they had 3 more children: Bella, Sarahri and Elijah and recently became Grandparents to Nicolette's son, Bentley. Greg also was the lead singer of several bands, writes songs and poems and recently began sketching. Laura also enjoys writing poetry and her and Greg wrote 60 poems together in their first few months of dating. Laura is also a bit of an activist and fights against Human Trafficking. She also enjoys swimming, hiking and camping. Greg and Laura feel very blessed by God for their relationship and have kept the romance alive for over 15 years now through the roller coaster ride of life.
Jason and Monica Smith recently celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary. They have been involved with leading marriage community groups at Crossroads Church since 2005, including "Love and Respect" which focuses on learning how to love and respect your spouse for better communication in your marriage and more. The Smith's will share skills and tools they have learned to better communicate and stop the crazy cycles of arguments when they begin. Jason and Monica also have a passion for singing together. They previously lead music for 5th-6th graders at Crossroads for eight years and also sang for several years with Cincinnati's Young Professional's Choral Collective. The Smith's will be leading worship for the LEAD ME Marriage Conference. Monica is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in Northern KY and Cincinnati. Jason works in architectural drafting and graphic design. Jason and Monica live in the Norwood area of Cincinnati and have two beautiful daughters, Izabella (7) and Emmalei (3)

Cecilia is a member of an international prayer ministry, and Founder & CEO of Reaching Women and Children of the Nations (RWON). The couple founded and pastored “I AM” Fellowship Ministries church for over 16 years. They currently serve on an international apostolic team in nations of Africa, authored 17 publications, are consultants, and develop curriculum to establish strong churches & believers throughout the Kingdom of God.
